I ordered through the site and the checkout itself was quick and simple. Nothing was confusing, and everything seemed to work fine. I’ll be honest though, right after I paid I got a bit uneasy and started wondering if everything would actually go through properly. Thankfully, no issues came up...

My order from Serengeti Catalog was mostly right, but they sent one item in the wrong color, which is annoying because I picked it correctly when I ordered. The size and everything else matched, so I guess they didn’t completely botch it, but still, how hard is it to send the color someone actually chose?
Customer service did fix it eventually, but it took longer than it should have, and that part is on them too. I shouldn’t have had to chase down a basic mistake they made in the first place. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely nothing I’d call good.

I had to swap my size and it was actually really quick. The return went smoothly, and the refund came through without any fuss...

I ordered from Serengeti Catalog and my stuff showed up faster than I thought it would!!! The tracking updated like it was supposed to, and the box arrived in good shape too!!! I’m taking off one star because it did sit for a day before it actually started moving, which was a little annoying, but overall the shipping was good and I didn’t really have any issues!!!

I ordered a jacket and two tops, and the quality was a little better than I expected. The fabric has a nice feel to it, not thin or scratchy, and I noticed the stitching around the cuffs and hems was clean, which I always check for some reason. The sizing was mostly fine, but one of the tops sits a bit looser around the waist than I’d like. I’ve washed everything twice now, inside out on cold, and the color and shape still look good. Not totally perfect, but I’m happy with it overall.

I ordered my usual size, expecting it to be off like things usually are for me, but this actually fit really well. It wasn’t tight and it wasn’t baggy, which feels like a small win. Happy with it for once.

So... I thought the shipping was going to be way more than it ended up being. It was shown clearly before checkout, and there weren’t any random surprise fees added at the last second.

The website is easy to browse for the most part, and the photos are clear enough to get a good feel for the products. A few pages felt a little busy, but it didn’t really get in the way. Overall, it was a nice, easy shopping experience.
